Project Information Window
The Project Information window lets you view or change projects. Assignments that are part of the project are displayed in a list box which displays the name of the assignment, the person responsible, the assignment priority, its due date, start date and date concluded. If the Project Type is Limited or Open, other Users may add to this project any assignments they have given or received. These assignments are visible to all the Users of this project, but they cannot be concluded, changed, or removed except by the User who owns the assignment or a System Administrator.

FIELD
Project A unique name or label for the project (up to 30 characters).

RADIO BUTTONS
Type Determines who can add an assignment to this project. Open (All users), Limited ( selected users), Private (only the User who created the project).

ENTRY BOXES
Open Assignments Only Limit the display to only those assignments that have not been concluded.
Include Secondary Include Secondary assignments in the display.

TABS
By Due Date Sort assignments in project by due date.
By Priority Sort assignments in project by priority.
By Person Sort assignments in project by person responsible.
By Assignment Sort assignments in project alphabetically by assignment name.
Notes Create, view or change up to 1,000 characters of free-form text that can be attached to the project. This is in addition to any comments that may have been entered for individual assignments.
Users For limited projects only. Add/remove the users who can use this project

BUTTONS
Change/View Displays and lets you change the details of the highlighted assignment (double clicking the highlighted assignment achieves the same result).
Insert New Calls a blank Assignment Information window for you to create a new assignment.
Conclude Concludes the highlighted assignment.
Add Existing Add an existing assignment to this project. Calls the Look Forward (General) window to select the assignment.
Remove Remove the highlighted assignment from this project. The assignment remains open, but is no longer part of the project.
