Project, Create


To create a project:

1. Select Projects>Add Project  from the main menu. The Add New Project window appears.

2. Enter a unique name or label for the project (up to 30 characters).

3. Select whether this project is Open, Limited or Private. If Limited, click the Users tab to select the users who can access the project.

4.  Click the OK button.

5. To add an existing assignment to this project, select Projects>Browse Projects. The Browse Projects window appears.

6.  Highlight the desired project, then click the Change/View button. The Project Information window appears.

7.  Click the Add Existing button on the Project Information window. The Look Forward (General) window appears from which existing assignments can be selected.

8.  Highlight the desired assignment and then click the Select button. The assignment appears on the Project Information window.

9. Click the OK button on the Project Information window.
