History (Person), Print
1. Select Reports from the main menu. The Report Selection window appears.
2. Select History (Person) as the Type of Report.
3. Check the appropriate boxes to include General, Confidential or Assignee comments in the report.
4. Click the Include Secondary check box to include secondary assignments.
5. Select the Short Name of the person by using the Person drop-down list.
6. Enter the first and last days of the period you want to cover in the Start Date and End Date fields. You can enter the date or click the Cal button to call a pop-up calendar for selecting the date.
7. Select the order in which you want the assignments listed (by priority, by date assigned, by date concluded, or by assignments alphabetically).
8. Choose whether to print to file or to see a print preview, then press the Print button.
