Group, Change
1. Select People>Group Lists from the main menu. The Group Lists window appears.
2. Double click the Group list you wish to change (or highlight the Group list and click the Change/View button). The Update Group List window appears with the Group information.
3. To add new people to the Group list, click the Insert button. The Browse People (Multiple Select) window appears. Tag the people you want for the Group list by highlighting them and clicking the Tag/Clear button, followed by clicking the OK button.
4. To delete a person from the Group list, highlight the person's Short Name and click the Delete button. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
5. Click the OK button to save the amended Group list.
