Delete Individual Assignments Window

This window lets you completely delete assignments from DELEGATOR. It is accessed by Assignments>Delete An Assignment. You identify the assignment to be deleted by first entering the name of the person having the assignment to be deleted. That person's assignments are then displayed for your selection. The person's Type and the user id of the User will then be displayed on the face of the window.

FIELD

Person  Enter the Short Name of the person having the assignment you want to delete. If you click the ... button beside the entry field, a look-up list box appears with all the people for whom you have authority to delete assignments.

LIST BOX

Due Date  The date when the assignment was due.

Assignment  The name of the assignment.

BUTTONS

Delete  Permanently deletes the highlighted assignment.

View  Lets you view the details of the assignment to confirm it is the correct one to be deleted.
