Browse Projects Window

This window is used to add assignments to existing projects. The window provides a list box of projects and the User who created the original project listing. Only those projects you are authorized to use are visible.

BUTTONS

Insert  Calls a blank Add New Project window to receive your new project information.

Change/View  Calls the Project Information window for the highlighted project so you can edit the information.

Delete  Deletes the project from the list box and removes the project from any assignments that were previously part of the project. Any open assignments remain open, but are no longer part of a project. Other information in the assignments is not changed. Only General Users and People Administrators can delete Private projects. Open and Limited projects can only be deleted by a System Administrator.
