Add New Project Window

The Add New Project window lets you create, view or change a new project. If the Project Type is Limited or Open, other Users may add to this project any assignments they own or have received. These assignments are visible to all the Users of this project, but they cannot be concluded, changed, or removed except by the User who owns the assignment or a System Administrator.

Project Name A unique name or label for the project (up to 30 characters).

RADIO BUTTONS

Type Determines who can add an assignment to this project. Open (All users), Limited ( selected users), Private (only the User who created the project).

Notes Free form text for additional information about this project.

Users If this is a Limited project, add the Users who can use this project here.
