Scan Layout Display, Change
Scan layouts can be displayed using three formats: horizontal, vertical or calendar.
To change the display format:
1. Select the scan you require. For example, Scan>Client>Week from the main menu.
2. Choose either the horizontal or vertical format option.
3. If the one you choose is the one you want, click the Yes button when the prompt screen asks if you want to make this your default layout. If this is not what you want, repeat step 1. Select the other option and then click the Yes button on the prompt screen. This display format will be used whenever you access this scan until you deliberately change it.
