Resource Group, Analyze Utilization

1. Select Resource>Utilization>Resource Group from the main menu. The Resource Group Utilization window will appear.

2. If Actual Times has been enabled in System Preferences, select whether to use actual or scheduled times.

3. Enter or select the resource group you wish to analyze.

4. Select whether bookings on weekends or special days should be included in the analysis.

5. Enter the start and end dates of the period you want to analyze.

6. Click the Calculate button. The results are displayed.

7. To view summary usage statistics for each resource in the resource group, click the Detail tab. Scheduling Software home
