Resource, Analyze Utilization

Resource utilization analysis is only available to Resource and Systen Admininstrators in organizations that have Corporate licenses.

The Resource Utilization functions do not apply to pooled resources.

1. Select Resource>Utilization>One Resource from the main menu. The Resource Utilization window will appear.

2. If Actual Times has been enabled in System Preferences, select whether to use actual or scheduled times.

3. Use the Down Arrow button beside the Resource field to select the resource you wish to analyze.

4. Select whether bookings on weekends or special days should be included in the analysis.

5. Enter the start and end dates of the period you want to analyze.

6. Click the Calculate button. The results are displayed.
