Purge Old Bookings Window

This window is available only to System Administrators.

The Purge Old Bookings window deletes all past bookings that were scheduled to occur before a date you specify. Purge cannot be used to delete bookings scheduled for the future. The window is accessed by clicking Booking>Purge Old Bookings from the main menu.

Date All bookings scheduled before this date will be deleted. The default date is the current date. The date is displayed in abbreviated month format, but you can use any of the standard date formats to enter a different date. You can also use the small spin buttons beside the entry field to increase or decrease the date entry. You cannot delete bookings after the selected date. Scheduling Software home
