Schedules and Reports, E-mail

You can e-mail any printed schedule or report as a pdf document.

1. From any Report Preview window, select File>E-mail pdf (or the E-mail button) and enter a name for the pdf file.

Your system's default e-mail program will be called automatically. You can attach the pdf to any message. (Note: To ensure compatibility with the widest number of potential e-mail programs, the pdf document is not automatically attached to your message.)
