CONVERTING OLD DATA

If you are using a version of ResSched earlier than 7.0, you must convert your existing data files (resdata.tps and users.tps) to use this release. Their location is shown in the Start In property of your original ResSched shortcut.

1. Backup your resdata.tps and users.tps files. VERY IMPORTANT!

2. Run ResSched and when asked if you want to continue with the conversion, click Yes.

3. When the Convert Data window appears, enter the location of the data files you are converting and which version you are converting from. Then click 'Convert'

4. If you get an error message at any point of the conversion, try again. Still a problem? Contact us at 1 888 291 2911 or 1 250 733 2294 or support@madrigalsoft.com.

5. Change the Start In property of the ResSched Shortcut to point to the ResSched data folder.
