Add/Update Booking window
This window is used to schedule or re-schedule an event or activity.
It also displays the complete information on a booking when called by a Scan or Browse window.

Resource Group Day Schedule - Vertcial
Just one of several schedule windows that display bookings in a graphical format.
Schedule windows let you quickly see the use and availability of resources over a day, week or month.
This window shows all the bookings of a group of resources for a day in a vertical layout.


 
Resource Group Timeline Schedule

There are also several horizontal time line windows and printed output covering periods from a day to a year.
Here is the same group and day shown in the horizontal layout.

Browse Bookings window
This window lists bookings in a text format which provides more detail and precision than the Scan windows.
You can limit the booking list to specific clients, resources or resource groups.
