ResSched makes resource scheduling easier and more effective for businesses, health and educational institutions, and other organizations. ResSched is used by hundreds of organizations to schedule:

• staff, such as technicians, professionals, and health care workers;
• rooms and facilities;
• equipment ranging from audio visual to construction;
• vehicles;
• and other resources.

ResSched can lower your costs, improve service, increase resource utilization, and reduce staff frustration.

ResSched is available in two editions: Standard for smaller organizations (maximum five update access users) that just need to schedule resources effectively; and Corporate for larger organizations and those that need to integrate resource scheduling with other systems and business processes.

In describing ResSched, we use the terms booking, resource and client. A booking is the event or activity being scheduled, resource is what is being scheduled, and client is who the booking is being made for. See below for using your own terms with ResSched.

Your license includes free technical support and program updates for one year. After one year the annual cost of technical support and updates is 20% of your original license fee.

Sample Data for ResSched
To help you evaluate ResSched, we have included a sample data file that shows bookings, resources, and clients as they would be used in a typical organization. Download resdata.tps and place it in your ResSched data folder. Use the 'FIRST USER' as user ID and 'FIRST PASS' as password. The sample data file has the same name as your real data file, so you must remove the sample file before adding any actual operational data to ResSched.
