Run ResWeb.exe which you installed into the data folder used by the ResSched Corporate Edition.
While ResWeb is running it is capturing request information. These events are logged in the top list while the two panels below it contain the details of the last GET and POST requests handled. Minimize the window.
At this time ResWeb.exe is a full application not a service.
