ResSched Web is web application that works with the ResSched Corporate Edition to allow users to view ResSched schedules and make bookings.
System administrators determine which schedules are available to which users and what users can do with bookings either through system wide settings or through rights individually assigned to users or types of user.
ResSched Web comes in Basic and Extended versions. The Basic version of ResSched allows existing ResSched Corporate internal users to access schedules and bookings. Public or semi-public (e.g. students) users can view specified schedules if allowed. The Extended version gives you the option of allowing public and semi-public users to reserve approved resources subject to administrative confirmation.
To administer resources, system settings and user rights, system and resource administrators must use ResSched Corporate Edition. System administrators change the labels for bookings, clients, resources and categories to reflect the terms used by their organization in the Corporate Edition. ResSched Web will reflect those new labels in the menu and on web pages generated, but this documentation and any other uses the original terms. |
