Inactive

Resources, clients, and bookings can be inactive.  An inactive resource or client, is not available for future bookings, but their past bookings can still be accessed by resource and system administrators.   An inactive booking is used to block a resource from being booked during a specified period.  For example, when equipment is be repaired, or a staff member is on vacation.

Inactive bookings are normally left out of text schedules but shown in graphical schedules.
