Time Line Schedules

A time line schedule displays bookings horizontally across time with a separate row for each resource included.   For client or category schedules,  you can limit the resources shown to just those that are primary resources of a booking.   For resource groups,  bookings for all the resources of the group are shown.

The duration of the booking determines the size of the boxes.  Where the boxes are big enough,  there is a link with descriptive text.  Users can click on the link to view the booking details and, if authorized, change or delete delete the booking.

Beta Note: At present, there is a slight leftward shift when that becomes noticeable when there are several bookings on a single row.  When precision is required use the other scans or the browse (text) schedules.

Vertical Schedules

All the graphical schedules that are not time line displays, are vertical scans with time running from top to bottom.  Resources or days of the week run across the top depending on the type of scan.  Unless your browser window is too small, all the vertical scans include a descriptive link in the cell, entry or box representing the booking.
