Add/Update Routine Bookings Window

The Add/Update Routine Bookings window is used to add a new item to the list of routine bookings or to change the display colors assigned to a booking.

Booking	Used for entering the name of the booking.
Foreground and Background colors	The buttons are used to retrieve a color palette from which foreground and background colors are selected for normal and scan displays.
Default	Used to restore the foreground and background colors to their default colors.
