Resource, Add to a Resource Group

System and Resource administrators can make a resource part of a resource group when they create or change the resource or when they create or change a resource group.

To add a resource to a resource group when creating/editing the resource entry:

1.	Select Resource>Add Resource from the main menu bar to call the Add/Update Resource window.

2.	On the General Tab, enter the name of the new resource and any other appropriate information (if this is a new resource).

3.	Click the Resource Groups tab.

4.	Click the Add button and select any of the existing resource groups to which the resource is to be added.

5.	Click the OK button to save the resource record.
