Pooled Resources, Create

If a resource is inventoried and more than one unit of the resource can be booked at the same time, you should make it a pooled resource. A pooled resource will only give you a conflict warning if you try to book more than the total number of units available at any time.

1.	Open an existing resource record, or add a new one using the Add/Update Resource window.

2.	Click the Pooled check box and then select how many units of the resource are available for booking.

3. Click OK.

Only system and resource administrators can add or change a resource record.
