Combination Group

A combination group is temporary resource group made up of the resources that are either select individually by the user or created from two or more existing resource groups.  When you create the combination group from other resource groups, you must specify whether you want to included resources found in any of the selected resource groups (Boolean OR) or just those found in all the selected resource groups (Boolean AND).
