What user name and password do I use?

For new installations, the default user name is 'FIRST USER' and the default password is 'FIRST PASS'.   This user id has full System Administrator rights so you can use it to create other user id's and passwords.   You should delete the FIRST USER id after you have created and tested at least one other System Administrator id.
