What is the difference between the Standard and Corporate Editions?

The Corporate Edition includes has all the functions related to creating, displaying, printing and saving schedules, and several others that integrate ResSched with your other business process and systems. These additional features include:

 

can be used over wide area networks, VPN's, and public Internet.
an ODBC driver for using ResSched data in other applications;
automatically posts schedules to web site;
resource utilization analysis;
client utilization and invoicing;
printing text schedules and reports in MS Word;
resource and client data import;

 

The Corporate Edition Base license comes with five update access users. You can purchase as many additional update access users as you wish and there is an unlimited view only users option.  The Corporate Edition is also available as local network shared file program organizations with limited network requirements and low volume.

 

The Standard Edition has only the functions directly related to creating, displaying, printing and saving schedules locally. The Standard Edition comes with one update access user and you can add up to four additional update access users, and add the option of unlimited view-only users.  The Standard Edition is only available as a local network shared file program.
