How can I use color to distinguish booking status, clients, and resources in the schedules?

You can use color to distinguish the bookings of specific entities (clients, resources, categories), as well as the type and status of bookings.  When you create a resource, client, category, or system wide routine booking you can associate colors with it.   You can also associate colors with different status levels (File>System Settings >Status Colors).  Once you have done that you can select resource, client, category, booking or status as the color source for your Scan displays.   If your chosen color source does not have a color associate with it, the 0 ('Normal') status color is used.
